These terms cover use of the AIX Digital Marketing website. AIX is a digital marketing agency serving clients in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and Toronto, Canada. This page is a general statement of how the site may be used. It is not a contract for marketing services and is not legal advice.

The website

The site describes our work as a full-service agency: branding, web design and development, SEO and GEO, paid advertising led by Meta and LinkedIn specialists, video editing and production, social media management, AI services and automation, and sales support. For real estate clients we also offer renderings and project design. We keep dedicated divisions for real estate and for clinics and spas. The content is here so you can see who we are and how to reach us.

No engagement until we agree

Sending a message through the contact form, browsing these pages, or reading about our dedicated divisions does not create a client relationship. Paid work starts only if we both agree in a separate written engagement.

Accuracy

We keep this site current. Services and descriptions may change as the agency grows. If something on the site and a later proposal differ, the proposal controls for that project.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or the contact form. Do not submit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the site, or use our materials as if they were yours. The AIX name, layout, and writing on this site belong to AIX Digital Marketing unless we say otherwise.
